Travel Bag

I love this bag! It’s a nice canvas material and the sketchboard fits perfectly. My only critiques are that the stitching on part of it has already started to come apart, and if you have anything in the Inner pockets (like a charger) it makes it a little difficult to put the sketch board back in it.

I like being able to travel with my iPad graphic creation setup and this is a good solution for that. My complaints are about materials and to a lesser degree, build. The whole thing is a bit too floppy for my preference. There is no protective padding. This is a problem when I consider the cost I paid for my top tier iPad. While I appreciate the pockets, I would have preferred zippers or at least snaps on the front pockets. Speaking of zippers, the back pocket zipper arrived with a bulge which split on my second pull. The interior pockets are fine and I like the fabric that lines the inside. I also appreciate the inclusion of the shoulder strap, but I would prefer a detachable strap made from a more substantial material, perhaps a synthetic instead of (again) the more floppy weave. Of course if the shoulder strap were removable, a pair of carrying handles would be necessary.

So, that’s it. Overall a good carrying bag for the sketchboard pro. With a few improvements I would definitely bump up the stars.

I usually use my iPad during live figure drawing sessions and having one bag the fits the board and room for chargers, keyboard (for hot keys), headphones, and my ipad makes things a lot easier for me. The pockets are really deep and the material is high quality.

Bonus points: The main compartment has a zipper enclosure so your iPad and board doesn't slide out accidentally

Improvement recs: I wish the flap has a magnetic clasp instead of Velcro. I have 3 fur babies and Velcro always loses against pet hair. Good thing I know how to sew!

If I'd buy another Sketchboard Pro, I'll probably get another bag with it too. 9.5/10
