All pending orders in Canada have been fulfilled.

29-Dec-20

Kickstarter orders have been shipped.  Indiegogo orders are being prepared for fulfillment.

Kickstarter orders being processed for fulfillment.

Warehouse is processing the inventory today, preparing for fulfillment.

21-Dec-20

Received confirmation of delivery today.  Inventory is in receiving and orders are being prepared for shipping.  NOTE:  Shipment will occur in the following order:  1) Kickstarter Backers, 2) Indiegogo Backers,  3) Shopify Pre-orders, 4) Shopify Standard orders.

Unfortunately, we are still waiting for a delivery appointment at the warehouse.

We are still seeking confirmation that the shipment arrived in Toronto and news of its current location and ETA at the warehouse.  We have not yet received a delivery estimate.

Shipping agent reports that the shipment arrived in Toronto over the weekend, but we are still waiting for confirmation and tracking information on delivery to the warehouse.

Additional paperwork confirmed received.  Shipping agent assures us that paperwork issues have not been a factor in the delivery delay.

Shipping agent working to get movement, but unable to provide new ETA.

Shipping agent indicates that shipment is still progressing, but unable to provide a solid ETA at Warehouse.

Shipping agent calls the current grid-lock "unprecedented".
